Studying the reduction effect of perceived equalization of public education services on household educational decision-making behavior can provide theoretical support for advancing the equalization of public education services. The research results indicate that the perception of equalization in public education services has a reducing effect on household educational decision-making behavior. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that factors such as educational region, respondent gender, and respondent education level also have a certain degree of influence on the reduction effect of perceived equalization of public education services on household educational decision-making behavior.
