    Abstract:

The employment of technologies such as artificial intelligence, network technology, and other technologies that are similar to these is becoming increasingly common in the educational sector as a result of the expansion of education modernization. The use of technology in the classroom for the purpose of indoctrination is more detrimental to the development of kids than the more traditional methods of indoctrination. In addition, the process of education is confronted with a number of challenges that have an effect on the instructors' ability to acquire knowledge regarding information and communication technology (ICT). The availability of instructional resources, as well as the professional development of instructors and their training, are all included in these issues. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the acquisition of information and communication technology (ICT) knowledge among educators working at private vocational colleges. The development of questionnaires and scales that evaluate the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) knowledge on the professional development of teachers is another subject of this research. We also investigate the factors that influence information and communication technology (ICT) awareness, as well as the association between that awareness and the development of ICT expertise among private vocational teachers in JiangXi Province, China. For the purpose of this study, questionnaire surveys were administered to teachers working at five different private vocational institutes located in the province of Jiangxi. These surveys were conducted with the intention of establishing a conceptual framework and investigating the factors that are responsible for their occurrence.
